1. All boarders (dogs and cats) will require up to date vaccinations. Please make sure you remember to bring your vaccination certificate with you when bringing in your pet. We are unable to accept any boarders with out a valid certificate.

2. We advise flea treatment prior to your arrival. Dogs or cats seen by us to have fleas will be treated and the owner must pay for such treatment on collection.

Cat flea treatment = €5

Dog flea treatment = €10

3. Should your pets require medication whilst in our care we will be happy to continue to administer any such treatments.

4. Should your pet need to be seen by a vet whilst in our care we will be happy to take him or her to the vets. However on collection of your pet you will be given the Vets bill and a Wags and Whiskers bill for our time.

5. Opening Times:

As this is our family home we restrict our opening times for drop offs and collections to the following times;

· Monday to Saturday - 8 am to 11 am
- 4 pm to 6 pm

· Sunday - 8 am to 10 am
- 5 pm to 6 pm

Restricting our hours means that we can run a high efficient kennels and cattery, also allowing quiet times for our boarders to settle and giving us time for vets appointments and other chores.

6. Viewing by appointment only will safe guard the security of our boarders. We would ensure we are on the premises for your appointment and not off walking dogs. Also we will book the time to spend with you and show you around.

7. Prices;

All prices are fully inclusive of food, bedding and daily management, there are no hidden extras.

· Dogs - All breeds of dogs €12 per day

· Cats - €8 per day

· Heating - €1 per day (at customers request)

Note:

You will be charged as day one from the drop off of your pet regardless of the time.

If collected before 11 am on collection day there will be no charge for that day. Collection after 11 am will incur the cost of another day because that kennel or chalet will not be available to let out.

8. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to some heartless people returning to there homelands and just leaving there Pets in Boarding Kennels and Catteries uncollected throughout France.
We are now including the following;

Any dogs or cats remain uncollected for four (4) weeks after the agreed collection date with no contact at all from the owners. We the proprietors reserve the right to assume ownership and take any action we consider reasonable to re-home the said dog or cat.
